The Hansen Brothers
Richard Hansen, 1931-83, My father who started the "Glass Twist" in Corning, California. He was a skilled neon sign maker, lampworker, and businessman. Arlene, his wife, operated the shop until 2005.
Ronald Hansen, Paperweight Maker, Mackinaw City, Michigan. Considered a pioneer in the paperweight making of the 1960's, his creations are very collectable today.
Robert Hansen, 1922-2006, San Diego, California and Bridgeport Michigan. His remarkable iridescent process is appreciated amongst the Carnival Glass collectors. Robert Hansen produced many fine French-style miniature paperweights and below is a nice example.
